These terms govern your use of the LemoTV website and streaming service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a subscription or using the LemoTV service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
LemoTV provides access to live television channels and on-demand content delivered over the internet. Channel lineups and on-demand libraries evolve over time; while we work to keep offerings consistent, specific channels or titles may be added or removed without notice.
3. Accounts & Credentials
Your login credentials are for your personal use on the number of devices allowed by your plan. Sharing, reselling or publicly posting credentials is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
4. Payments & Renewals
Subscriptions are prepaid for the term selected at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically; we will remind you before expiry, and continued service requires a new payment. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
5. Starter Offer & Refunds
New customers can purchase a discounted Starter Month (one per customer) to evaluate the full service before committing to a longer plan. Because this low-cost evaluation option exists, subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. If you experience a technical issue, our support team will work with you until it is resolved.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent connection limits, redistribute or rebroadcast streams, or interfere with the operation of our infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate termination.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and build redundancy into our systems, but streaming quality also depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection and device. Brief interruptions for maintenance may occur and do not constitute grounds for refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, LemoTV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
